Laurance and I have been so busy for this holiday season. It has been so crazy, but we are pulling it together. Laurance is excited about his blog, and he keeps bugging me to work on our cookbook. We started it this last spring, but it has been held up due to funding issues. However, we are not giving up. The funds will be there when the time is right. Please take time to peruse our site, ask questions if you have any, and just make yourself at home.

We are writing a kids cookbook. It will be for kids that have ADHD and autism. We are calling it "Laurance Likes It".
I like the chili and rice the most.

Have you ever tried Chili with rice in it? My mother made it that way and I loved it.
